The Blue Spice Samui is the trading name of the restaurant legally owned and operated by Med3D (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เมด3ดี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด), registered at 24/37 Moo 5, Bo Phut, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand, DBD registration number 0845567007631.
Reservation Deposit
सामान्य रेस्तराँ आरक्षण का डिपॉजिट प्रति आरक्षण है, प्रति वास्तविक टेबल नहीं। लो-सीजन (16 अप्रैल–30 जून और 1 सितंबर–19 दिसंबर): 1–5 मेहमान THB 1,000; 6–9 मेहमान THB 2,500; 10 या अधिक मेहमान THB 5,000। हाई-सीजन (20 दिसंबर–15 अप्रैल और 1 जुलाई–31 अगस्त): 1–5 मेहमानों के लिए डिपॉजिट नहीं; 6–9 मेहमान THB 2,500; 10 या अधिक मेहमान THB 5,000। भुगतान किया गया डिपॉजिट अंतिम बिल में समायोजित होता है। उत्सव के टिकट और प्रत्येक आयोजन के भुगतान नियम अलग हैं।
डिपॉजिट आवश्यक होने पर भुगतान सत्यापन के बाद आरक्षण की पुष्टि होती है। बिना डिपॉजिट वाले आरक्षण उपलब्धता के अनुसार तुरंत पुष्ट हो सकते हैं।

Cancellation Terms
Full Refund
सामान्य टेबल डिपॉजिट आरक्षण से कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले रद्द करने पर वापस किए जा सकते हैं, और 24 घंटे के भीतर गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं। मौजूदा बुकिंग में बदलाव या रद्दीकरण के लिए टीम से संपर्क करें। उत्सव टिकट की शर्तें अलग रहती हैं।
Non-Refundable
सामान्य टेबल डिपॉजिट आरक्षण से कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले रद्द करने पर वापस किए जा सकते हैं, और 24 घंटे के भीतर गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं। मौजूदा बुकिंग में बदलाव या रद्दीकरण के लिए टीम से संपर्क करें। उत्सव टिकट की शर्तें अलग रहती हैं।
Deposit Forfeited
If a reserved table is not attended and no cancellation has been communicated, the deposit is forfeited. If you know you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible — we appreciate the notice and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Exceptional Circumstances
यदि रेस्तरां खुले रहने के दौरान फायर शो रद्द कर दिया जाता है, तो आपका आरक्षण और डिपॉजिट मान्य रहता है और बिल में समायोजित किया जाएगा। आप आरक्षण और डिपॉजिट को दूसरी तारीख पर स्थानांतरित कर सकते हैं।
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your reservation, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to move your booking to another available date, and your deposit remains valid for the new date.
