Lo spettacolo di fuoco fa parte dell’esperienza al ristorante, che richiede una consumazione di cibo o bevande. I clienti che consumano non pagano un supplemento per lo spettacolo. Chi arriva senza prenotazione soltanto per guardare, senza ordinare cibo o bevande, paga THB 500 a persona. I biglietti e le condizioni degli eventi festivi sono separati.
Lo spettacolo si svolge sulla spiaggia pubblica ed è eseguito da un fornitore terzo indipendente. Gli spettacoli con fuoco vivo comportano rischi intrinseci. Seguire le istruzioni di sicurezza, restare nelle aree designate per gli ospiti e mantenere le distanze indicate. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati.
La partecipazione allo spettacolo o la permanenza nelle sue vicinanze avvengono a rischio dell’ospite nella misura consentita dalla legge applicabile. La responsabilità di The Blue Spice è limitata o esclusa soltanto nella misura massima consentita dalla legge applicabile. Queste condizioni non escludono responsabilità che non possono essere escluse per legge. L’artista o il fornitore indipendente resta responsabile dei propri atti e omissioni, ove applicabile.
The Blue Spice Samui is the trading name of the restaurant legally owned and operated by Med3D (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เมด3ดี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด), registered at 24/37 Moo 5, Bo Phut, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand, DBD registration number 0845567007631.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting The Blue Spice venue, using our website, or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations
Le prenotazioni serali sono consigliate, non obbligatorie; i clienti senza prenotazione sono i benvenuti in base alla disponibilità. Le nuove prenotazioni utilizzano i moduli di prenotazione del sito ufficiale. WhatsApp e telefono servono per domande, assistenza, comunicazione su prenotazioni esistenti e link di pagamento applicabili. Il deposito per le normali prenotazioni al ristorante è per prenotazione, mai per singolo tavolo fisico. Bassa stagione (16 aprile–30 giugno e 1 settembre–19 dicembre): 1–5 ospiti THB 1,000; 6–9 ospiti THB 2,500; 10 o più ospiti THB 5,000. Alta stagione (20 dicembre–15 aprile e 1 luglio–31 agosto): 1–5 ospiti senza deposito; 6–9 ospiti THB 2,500; 10 o più ospiti THB 5,000. Ogni deposito pagato viene scalato dal conto finale. I biglietti festivi e le regole di pagamento dei singoli eventi sono separati. Quando è richiesto un deposito, la prenotazione viene confermata dopo la verifica del pagamento. Le prenotazioni senza deposito possono essere confermate subito, secondo disponibilità.

3. Dining & Conduct
We welcome guests of all backgrounds and ask that everyone treats our team and fellow guests with respect. The Blue Spice reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if conduct is disruptive, harmful or inappropriate.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at our venue unless agreed in advance.
4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take all reasonable steps to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including nuts, shellfish, gluten and dairy. Please inform our team of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and again when ordering. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). No service charge. 7% VAT applies. Credit cards are accepted for bills above THB 4,000. Cash is always accepted.
Prices on our website and menu are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to keep all published pricing accurate and up to date.
6. Photography & Media
By visiting our venue you acknowledge that The Blue Spice may take photographs or videos of the beach, venue and events that may include guests in the background. These may be used for promotional purposes including social media and website content. If you would prefer not to be included, please inform a member of our team upon arrival.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, graphics and copy — is the property of The Blue Spice or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
We endeavour to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
